Review of Chronopost Portugal

I have now been trying for over 3hrs to get a response to an undelivered parcel. I have phoned & mailed. Was told that the parcel was delivered to a Mr Ricardo. I have never heard of him. They are totally ignoring me. The only people concerned are the people from whom i ordered the product.
