Review of Rentlei-Automóveis e Turismo SA

First, the rental agreement on paper does not reflect the actual rate paid. On paper it was half of what I paid. When I in quired about this they said, "oh the computer programs are not up to date, they only program them once in a while."
Second, and most important, they actually stole from me as they looked me in the eye. They charged me for airport pick-up (48 euros) when I called them the day before and specifically told them I would not require that service since i would deliver the car myself to their office. When I got there they said that the person with whom I had transacted business was at lunch and the others could not help me!
Lame, lame, lame, dishonest people! I filed a complaint with the credit card company and will never deal w/ this company again!!!
